Description
The TengTools 37" PRO35™ tool kit TKW37R513F in matte red is a robust 513-piece tool set designed for mechanics in the automotive industry and other demanding mechanical fields. The chassis of the roller cabinet features a 3-piece construction made of heavy-duty steel and has undergone a 5-step phosphate-free rust protection process for enhanced longevity and corrosion resistance. The overall dimensions of the roller cabinet are 964 mm in width, 460 mm in depth, and 985 mm in height with the castors mounted, providing ample storage space for a variety of tools while maintaining a manageable size that does not take up too much space in the workarea. It has two 2" wide heavy-duty castors, two 5" braked swivel castors, and two 5" fixed castors. A comfort grip handle on the side makes it easy to move, and the sides feature holes for accessories that can be used to customize the tool storage to specific needs. The roller cabinet has seven fully extendable drawers, five of which are 75 mm high and two larger drawers that are 154 mm high for bulky tools. The five smaller drawers have a load capacity of up to 25 kg each, while the larger drawers have a load capacity of up to 40 kg. The drawers are equipped with smooth-running ball-bearing slides and noise-reducing EVA mats. A user-friendly 3-digit combination lock secures all drawers simultaneously, eliminating the issue of handling keys that can be lost or copied. The tools include a wide selection of hand tools designed for heavy vehicle maintenance such as various drive sockets, bit sockets, ratchets, impact tools, combination spanners, screwdrivers, hex keys, T-handle TX keys, pliers, power grip pliers, and chisels. Each individual tool set is systematically organized in precision cut tri-colour EVA foam modules for easy identification of missing or misplaced tools. The tool kit includes a 5 mm thick EVA mat intended for the tool cart's work surface, five TEZ01 EVA modules with three compartments each for organizing smaller items, and a practical paper roll holder.
